In Shizuoka's prestigious Honyama and Kawane regions, these mists act as a "natural curtain," protecting the tea leaves from direct UV radiation.

🍃 A blend of three cultivars from the first tencha harvest, with 6.5% are taken from the rarest tea leaves: Tsuyuhikari, Kanayamidori, Yabukita

• Koicha - Dark chocolatey-notes, similar to tablea.
• Usucha - Full bodied experience starting with crisp umami, dark chocolatey-notes, finishing off with a clean taste.
• Latte - Medium bodied experience that revels in a clean kombu dashi like umami that then invites you in with a gentle dark chocolatey bitterness. Possessed with a natural ooika, its well-rounded flavor and soft cinnamon-like sweetness complement each other, blending into a perfect halo’t timpla.
